President and General Manager
​Will Hanna is the National Director of HMG Sports Marketing, the ownership group of the Baltimore Buccaneers. Mr. Hanna brings over 20 years of sports and entertainment marketing and business development, having grown HMG to 7 markets throughout the United States. Mr. Hanna is also a 2016 Inductee for the Minor League Hall of Fame.
Kathy Betts-Wilson
Vice-President - Marketing and Business Development​
​Kathy joins the Buccaneers after years in the Los Angeles market. Armed with a wealth of knowledge and experience, her primary goal is to conduct revenue controls and development the team's presence with businesses throughout the Baltimore-Metropolitan area.
Satrina Layone-Lucas
Assistant General Manager/Executive Assistant
​HMG Sports Sr. Executive Assistant, Satrina Layone Lucas, joins Baltimore Buccaneers Front Office as Assistant General Manager. Mrs. Lucas is a Baltimore resident and proud mother and wife. Her primary function is to maintain the day-to-day operations of the team.
Jobin Wilson (Coach House)
Director of Player Personnel
​Mr. Wilson, well known as Coach House, is a Minor League Hall of Fame Inductee and a legend in the ranks of professional, minor league and semi-pro football both as a player and coach. He brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to the Buccaneers front office.
Demetrus McCray
Director of Player Development
Demetrus McCray is a renown NFL, CFL and Professional Indoor Football Scout and founder of MAC Sports. He formerly served on the staff of the NFL's Arizona Cardinals. MCCRAY's role with the team, in his words, "move players to the next level." As Director of Player Development, McCray's primary function is ensuring that BUCCANEERS players are prepared for professional or college level football.

​Damitra is a Baltimore business owner and Founder of the Soles for Divas line of women's footwear. Her accomplishments are numerous throughout the City of Baltimore. Stay tuned for many outstanding events and appearances from the Lady Buccaneers Squad.
Pastor Westley West
Spiritual Advisor
​Pastor Westley West is the team's spiritual advisor giving the team a holistic balance to adjoin their God-given talent. Pastor West is the spiritual leader of a church in West Baltimore. He's also an established businessman and currently a candidate for Baltimore City Council's 7th District.
